We're hiring an Administrative Assistant
Rocky Mountain Miracle Center is seeking a skilled and spiritually aligned Administrative Assistant to support our Board and day-to-day operations. This position serves as the hub for communications, scheduling, record-keeping, and facility oversight, ensuring that our community runs smoothly and in harmony with our mission. The role includes both remote and on-site work, with a minimum of two visits per week to the Center for mail, facility checks, and in-person tasks. Responsibilities range from managing calendars, files, and finances to supporting events, rentals, and volunteer coordination. This position is ideal for someone who values organization, clear communication, and service to a spiritual community.
We’re looking for a candidate with at least five years of clerical or administrative experience, strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Facebook and YouTube. The ability to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, manage multiple tasks independently, and communicate respectfully with members, board members, and renters is essential. Applicants must also be active students of A Course in Miracles and able to articulate its role in their lives.
This is a hybrid, part-time independent contractor position averaging eight hours per week, with a monthly stipend of $800.
