We are sad to tell you that our beloved teacher of God, Chris Dixon-Bubick, will soon be departing this world. Those who are sitting with her during this transition tell of her gracious acceptance of this part of life. She remains very alert and fully engaged in the process of leaving this world and body behind. Always teaching for truth, Chris, in these moments of release still continues to demonstrate the characteristics of an advanced teacher of God.
If you would like to leave a message, which will be shared with Chris by her caregivers you may do so via the Caring Bridge web page for Chris.
At this time Chris would want us all to remember these words from A Course in Miracles:
“Perceived properly, death is a gentle welcome to release when it is time to rest a while from labor gladly done and gladly ended. Now we go in peace to freer air and gentler climate where it is not hard to see the gifts we gave were saved for us. For Christ is clearer now; His vision more sustained in us; His Voice, the Word of God, more certainly our own.
This gentle passage to a higher prayer, a kind forgiveness of the ways of earth, can only be received with thankfulness.”
God Speed, Chris. There is a treasure house of gifts waiting for you. Thank you for all the many blessings you have given us.

Dearest family and friends of Chris,
Chris’s family has asked me to convey the following message:
It is with great sadness that the family of our dear Christine Dixon-Bubick announces the passing of their beloved mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. She passed peacefully at home earlier this afternoon.
The family asks that you respect their privacy during this tender and open-hearted time.
I will continue to pass along information from the family via this website as I receive it.
As a spokesperson for Team Chris, I can honestly say that every moment spent with our fun, thoughtful, gentle, patient, open-minded, generous, faithful, joyful, nonjudgmental and perfectly honest mother, friend and teacher has been an honor and a gift!❤️
Thank you Christine Dixon-Bubick!
